Your Entry Ticket will be sent to your email address as an attachment closer to the event. Please print this off and bring along to the event, or screenshot the ticket to show on your smart phone or device.

Photography, Videography & Privacy Notice

Photography and videography are undertaken throughout the Ballarat Jobs & Training Expo for the purpose of promoting the Expo and future events.

By registering for a free ticket and attending the Ballarat Jobs & Training Expo, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and video footage may be taken in which you may appear. These images and recordings may be used by the Event Organiser for promotional, marketing, editorial, social media, website, printed publications, presentations, exhibitions and other publicity purposes, without further notice or compensation.If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please advise the event photographer or a member of the event staff on arrival. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure your request is respected.



By submitting your registration, you also agree to the information you provide being collected and used by the Event Organiser for the purposes of issuing event tickets, communicating pre- and post-event information, and collecting attendance data for reporting and demographic analysis.

Your personal information will be managed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Attendance and demographic data may be shared with event sponsors in an aggregated, non-identifiable form for reporting and evaluation purposes. Personal information will not be shared with event sponsors unless required by law or with your consent.
